Harvey has been helping people with their Social Security Disability and SSI claims since 1980. In addition to representing literally thousands of Northern California residents, he has also represented claimants in Arizona, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington and Washington, D.C.
He was the first chairperson of the Santa Clara County Bar Association Committee on Social Security law. Harvey has also served as the California State Chairperson for the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). He has published numerous Social Security Disability law articles, lectured at continuing education conference and appeared on public television legal affairs programs. San Jose Magazine has twice named him one of Silicon Valley's best lawyers.
Harvey is a member of the bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
Ashley Meyers received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Political Theory from Sonoma State University in 2007. From there, she earned her J.D. from Santa Clara Law School in 2010. In November of 2010, she was admitted to the California State Bar Association.
Before joining Sackett and Associates to practice Social Security Disability Law, she worked for Hewlett-Packard in the Mergers and Acquisitions department.
